I’m Jo Anne Barron, and I help families navigate the often overwhelming process of senior placement—compassionately, personally, and without charging a dime. I started Lisa’s Light after losing my sister Lisa to early onset Alzheimer’s. Our family faced countless difficult decisions and emotional moments trying to find the right care for her.
That experience changed my life—and inspired me to help others going through the same journey.

Lisa wasn’t just my sister—she was my best friend. She was still teaching calculus when she began showing symptoms. The decisions we faced were overwhelming and painful.
